Event Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

1. Platform Role

BettaLearn provides a platform that allows users to list or promote events. BettaLearn:

• Does not organise events
• Does not supervise events
• Does not vet hosts or venues

2. Assumption of Risk

By attending or participating in any event listed on BettaLearn, you acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary
• Risks may include injury, loss, or damage
• You assume all risks associated with attendance

3. Students and Minors

Parents or legal guardians:

• Are solely responsible for deciding whether a Student may attend an event
• Must supervise or approve participation
• Accept full responsibility for the Student’s safety and conduct

4. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release BettaLearn from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Event attendance
• Interactions with other users
• Venue conditions or third-party actions

5. No Endorsement

Listing an event does not constitute endorsement, approval, or verification by BettaLearn.
