Treat all members with respect.

You must not:

• Bully, harass, or intimidate others
• Use hate speech
• Make threats
• Engage in personal attacks
• Publicly shame or defame others

Disagreements are allowed. Disrespect is not.

2️⃣ Protect Student Safety

Children’s safety is our highest priority.

You must not:

• Attempt to form inappropriate relationships with Students
• Request private contact information from Students
• Encourage off-platform communication without parental involvement
• Share sexual, exploitative, or suggestive content
• Post content that endangers minors

Any violation may result in immediate account termination and referral to authorities.

3️⃣ Parent Responsibility

Parents and Guardians agree to:

• Supervise Student activity
• Monitor interactions
• Educate Students about online safety
• Report concerns immediately

Student accounts are fully controlled by Parents.

4️⃣ Educator Standards

Educators must:

• Maintain professional conduct
• Communicate appropriately
• Avoid private communication with Students without parental visibility
• Provide accurate representations of qualifications
• Avoid misleading claims about services

BettaLearn is not responsible for off-platform agreements.

5️⃣ Appropriate Content Only

You may share:

• Educational content
• Homeschooling experiences
• Events
• Community discussions
• Learning resources

You must not share:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Violent or graphic content
• Illegal material
• Fraudulent or misleading content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Spam or repetitive promotional posts

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

6️⃣ Marketplace Conduct

If you offer services:

• Be honest about pricing
• Clearly describe services
• Honour commitments
• Avoid deceptive practices

Parents are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.

7️⃣ Privacy Matters

Do not:

• Share personal information about others without consent
• Doxx or expose private data
• Screenshot and distribute private interactions maliciously

Respect boundaries.

8️⃣ Reporting & Enforcement

Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion.

9️⃣ Zero-Tolerance Conduct

BettaLearn has zero tolerance for:

• Child exploitation
• Grooming
• Sexual content involving minors
• Severe harassment
• Criminal activity

Violations may result in permanent bans without notice.
